摘　　要：为了有效地进行城市非建设用地划分,引入生态功能分区的方法,并以松华坝水源保护区为例,对其进行生态功能分区,从而促进其发挥各自功能,从整体上平衡保护与发展之间的矛盾。In order to classify the urban non-construction land,this paper introduces the division of ecological function areas,and takes the protected area of water sources at Songhuaba as an example,in order to solve the contradiction between conservation and development.
