摘　　要：城市规划对城市的碳排放具有锁定作用。文章针对低碳城市发展目标,从空间规划入手,提出了绿色城市规划策略:构建公交导向的绿色交通体系,发展混合密集型城市和城市单元,建设生态单元与楔形绿地系统,实现在碳来源、碳排放、碳捕捉三个方面的减碳化,真正实现低碳城市发展目标。Urban planning has a role function in the city＇s carbon emissions.Aiming at lowcarbon city development goals,the article proposed green urban planning strategy from the spatial planning,including building green urban traffic transit-oriented systems,developing mixedintensive urban units and establishing ecological unit and wedge-shaped space system in order to achieve the carbon reduction on the carbon source,carbon emissions,carbon capture and truly fulfill thelow-carbon developmentgoals.
