摘  要:目的调查高原环境下红细胞增多和血液粘度间的关系。方法对进入高原不同时间人群793名进行血液流变学检测和分析。结果红细胞压积和血液粘度随着进驻高原时间的延长而显著升高。结论在高原低氧环境下,人体血液粘度随着进驻高原时间的延长而升高,而藏族人群由于长期的高原适应过程具有抑制红细胞过度增长的能力。Objective To study the relationship between polycythemia and blood viscosity at high altitude. Methods Haemorheologic detection was made to 793 people of different length of staying at high altitude and the results were analyzed. Results Hematocrit and blood viscosity kept rising with time going of high altitude staying. Conclusions In hypoxia environment at high altitude, blood viscosity keeps rising with time going of high altitude staying while Tibetan people have the ability to inhibit over - increase of erythrocyte due to their adap- tation to the high altitude.
