摘 要:目的通过对引起急性尿路感染的肠球菌鉴定和常用抗生素的敏感试验,以了解肠球菌的耐药情况及肠球菌与急性尿路感染的关系。方法应用纸片扩散法检测从急性尿路感染标本中分离的228株肠球菌的耐药性,并对尿液标本进行常规检验。结果肠球菌对临床常用的抗生素以万古霉素耐药率最低,其次为呋喃妥因耐药率为14.4%和泰能耐药率为21%。屎肠球菌比其它的肠球菌的耐药率要高。急性尿路感染患者尿常规检查中有38.2%为单纯性红细胞增加。结论肠球菌引起的急性泌尿系统感染做尿常规检查有一定的临床意义,肠球菌对临床常用的抗生素以万古霉素最敏感,需对肠球菌的耐药性进行监测,以指导临床用药。Objective To study the drug meistance of enterococci and their relationship withacute urinary tract infection through identification of enterococci causing acute urinary ttract infectionand frequently used antimicrobial susceptibility tests. Methods Drug resistance tests of 228 strainsof enterococcus isolated from samples of acute urinary tract infection by disk agar diffusion and routine examinations of urine were carried were. Results The drug resistance rate of enterococci againstfrequently used antibiotics was found lowest in vancomycin, next to the latter were nitrofutantion andimipenem. being 14.4% and 21% respectively. The resistance rate of enterococcus faecalis was thehighest of all. Routine examination of urine form patients with acute urinary tract infection caused byenterococci showed 38.2% patients with increase of urinary RBC. Conclusion Routine examination of urine in acute urinary tract infection caused by enterococci has certain clinical significance.Vancomycin is the most susceptible of frequently used antibiotics against enterococci. It is necessaryto momtor the drug resistance for directing clinical use of drugs.
