摘　　要：对西北大学后勤社会化改革十年来的经验与成就进行了全面总结,阐述了改革采取的主要做法和具体实施步骤,总结了十年来后勤社会化改革取得的成功经验和不足之初,并对改革中遇到的困难和问题进行了分析。In this paper,Northwestern University,the reform of the socialization of logistics experience and achievements of the past decade has conducted a comprehensive summary of the reform set out to be the main approach and the specific implementation steps,summed up the decade,the reform of the socialization of logistics experience and lack of success in the early days of and the reform of the difficulties and problems encountered were analyzed.
