摘  要:采用熔体旋淬法制备了Ce75Al25-xNix(x=4,8,16)和Ce68Al17Ni15,Ce73Al15Ni12非晶合金薄带,用X射线衍射(XRD)法表征了合金薄带的相结构,用差示扫描量热法(DSC)测量了合金薄带连续加热过程相变规律,研究了Ce-Al-Ni合金的非晶形成能力与合金成分及相应的非晶形成能力参数(ΔTx,Trg,γ,δ,β,ω)之间的关系。研究结果表明:当Ce的含量一定时,随着合金中Ni原子百分数的增加,合金的非晶形成能力降低;研究还发现Ce-Al-Ni体系具有非常特殊的非晶形成规律,计算评估的用来预测具有强的非晶形成能力的合金成分参数(ΔTx,Trg,γ,δ,β,ω)不能用来表征Ce-Al-Ni合金的非晶形成能力;根据非晶形成能力参数计算的预测具有强的非晶形成能力的合金成分,实验研究不能观察到更好的非晶形成能力。In this work,the glass forming ability and its compositional dependence of the Ce-Al-Ni system were investigated as a function of several thermal parameters.Rapidly quenched Ce75Al25-xNix(x=4,8,16) and Ce68Al17Ni15,Ce73Al15Ni12 amorphous alloy ribbons were prepared by melt spinning and the phase transformation was studied by X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry.The experimental results revealed that the GFA decreased as the Ni atomic content increased for the Ce75Al25-xNix(x=4,8,16) alloys,it was found that the GFA of Ce-Al-Ni system is particular interest,since all calculated GFA related thermal parameters capable of searching metallic glasses with high GFA are not applicable to Ce-Al-Ni amorphous.It was indicated that the better GFA was not observed experimentally in those alloys exhibiting positive changes in the GFA related parameters.
