摘  要:[目的]从土壤中筛选出能将无抑菌活性的右旋磷霉素转化为有抑菌活性的左旋磷霉素的链霉菌菌株。[方法]用平板稀释法从土样中分离链霉菌,再将获得的链霉菌接种在含有右旋磷霉素的发酵培养基中进行摇瓶培养,取上清液采用纸片法进行生物检测。[结果]通过对抑菌圈产生情况的分析,初步确认从土样中分离获得的121株链霉菌中有4株能将无抑菌活性的右旋磷霉素转化为有抑菌活性的左旋磷霉素。[结论]该研究为工业上磷霉素的转化利用提供了一定的理论基础。[Objective]The aim was to select the Streptomyces spp.strain from soil which can complete the transformation from D-phosphonomycin(FOM)without antibacterial activity to L-FOM with antibacterial activity.[Method]The Streptomyces strains were isolated from soil by plate dilution method.Then shake the obtaining Streptomyces spp.strains which cultured after it was inoculated in fermentation medium containing D-FOM.The supernatant was given the biological detection by paper disk method.[Result]The results showed that it was the preliminary confirmation that there were 4 strains can transfer D-phosphonomycin(FOM)without antibacterial activity to L-FOM with antibacterial activity in 121 Streptomyces spp Strains whtich were isolated from soil according to the analysis of the formation of bacteriostasis circle.[Conclusion]The study could provide reliable theoretical basis for industrial transformation and utiliation of phosphonomycin.
