摘 要:目的:为探讨不同胎龄人胎垂体生长激素含量变化与胚胎生长发育的关系。方法:用双抗体放射免疫分析方法研究27例正常人胎和8例无脑儿血清及垂体生长激素含量。结果:①在胎21周以前,垂体所含生长激素逐渐增加,21-24周达高峰,此后呈下降趋势,但仍高于21周以前的水平。②正常人胎血清生长激素含量,有随胎龄增加而上升趋势。③正常胎儿垂体生长激素含量与其身长、体重呈正相关,无脑儿身长、体重与生长激素含量无关。结论:生长激素虽然在胚胎生长发育中起重要作用但非必需。Objective: To investigat the relationship between the change of the content of the growth hormone in human fetal pituitary and the growth of fetal. Methods: By the radioimmunoassay with double antibodies 27 normal fetals and 8 human anencephalic fetuses were studied. Results: ①The GH content of fetal pituitary increased gradually with fetal ages, and reahed a maximum level at the 24th week and then fell gradually. But it was still higher than that before 21st week. ②Serum concentiation of GH was variable, but increased with fetal ages. ③The body weight and length of normal fetal were related positively to pituitary growth hormone content. The body weight and length of anencephalic fetuses showed no relation to pituitary growth hormone content. Conclusion: These results suggested the growth hormone played an important role in the growth of human fetus, but it was not necessary.
