摘　　要：[目的]研究不同植物生长调节物质对黄花乌头的地上部分、地下部分农艺性状以及经济产量的影响。[方法]用不同浓度的多效唑、矮壮素、缩节胺对黄花乌头进行叶面喷施,使其矮化。[结果]500mg/L矮壮素处理对植株的矮化效果最佳;150mg/L多效唑处理植株的倒伏率最低,为15.6%;500mg/L矮壮素处理子根数最多;500mg/L矮壮素处理产量提高最大,比对照提高43.04%。[结论]多效唑、矮壮素处理对黄花乌头农艺性状及产量都有明显的影响。[Objective]The effects of growth regulatiors on characters and economic yield of ground and underground of Aconitum coreanum were studied.[Method]The study was conducted by spraying different concentrations of paclobutrazol,chlormequat chloride and mepiqudt chloride.[Result]The dwarf effect of 500 mg/L chlormequat chloride treatment on plant was obvious.The lowest lodging rate of 15.6% was observed by 150 mg/L paclobutrazol.The largest numbers of seminal roots could be achieved by spraying 500 mg/L chlormequat chloride.The largest economic yield could be improved by 43.04% by spraying 500 mg/L chlormequat chloride.[Conclusion]It displayed distinct effect on the characters and economic yielding of A.coreanum by spraying paclobutrazol,chlormequat chloride.
