摘　　要：根据近几年水土保持设施验收技术评估工作进展、开发建设项目水土保持设施验收的实践以及《开发建设项目水土保持设施验收管理办法》(水利部第16号令)的规定,提出相关工作建议:编制监测实施细则,严格技术评估;加强监理监测管理,把好竣工验收关;及时处理发现的问题,搞好恢复工作;加强对植物措施、水土保持设施的管护,明确职责、权利、义务;搞好公众满意程度调查,处理好遗留问题。According to the assess progress and practices in completion-based check and acceptance of soil and water conservation facilities in recently years,as well as the provision in Administrative Provisions on the Completion-based Check and Acceptance of Water and Soil Conservancy Facilities of Development and Construction Projects（Order No.16 of the Ministry of Water Resources）,several suggestions were put forward,such as preparing the implementation rules for monitoring,rigorous technical assessment,strengthening management in supervision and monitoring,ensuring the acceptance of complete,dealing with problems in time,promoting the recovery work,reinforcing management and protection for plant measures and water and soil conservation facilities,crystallizing the responsibility,rights and obligations,promoting public satisfaction survey,dealing with the outstanding issues and so on.
