摘　　要：农地问题的核心是农地产权制度问题,而农地所有权是农地产权制度的核心。针对现行的农地集体所有制的种种弊端,学界从学理论证和操作层面上设计出土地产权改革的种种方案,代表性的有私有化方案、国有化方案、集体制改进方案、复合制方案等。争论之外,学界也初步达成一些共识。对此进行较为系统的评介。The core of the rural land problem is the rural land property system,While rural land property right is the core of rural land property system.In order to solve the problems in the collective ownership of rural land,all sorts of plans are designed from the perspective of scientific theory and practical operation.The representative plans include the privatization plan,the nationalization plan,the improvement program of collective system,the composite system plan and so on.Some preliminary recognition has been achieved.The paper conducts a systematic evaluation.
