摘　　要：以江苏省为例,结合国民经济发展及各用地部门需求,分析并预测其耕地变化趋势,同时从保障粮食安全的角度对其耕地保有量进行预测,最终提出"生活用粮自给,工业用粮市场调剂"的耕地保护策略,并确定2010和2020年的耕地保有量目标。Taking Jiangsu province as an example and combining with the development of national economy and the requirement of different land users,the change trend of arable land was analyzed and predicted,and the retain quantity of arable land was forecasted based on assuring grain security.Finally ＂life food self-sufficient,industrial food market adjusts＂ of cultivated land protection strategy was put forward and the retain quantity of arable land in 2010 and 2020 was determined.
