新生代农民工的蚁族困境及法律对策分析

摘　　要：分析了新生代农民工出现蚁族化趋势和蚁族困境形成的原因,并探究可行的针对性解决对策,即:坚持法治建设精神,依法破除制度性障碍、强化政府企业责任意识、加强对新生代农民工的素质培训力度、推进新生代农民工组织化进程并重视民间组织作用。The paper analyzes the emerging ant tribe trend among the new-generation migrant workers and its reasons,and then explores some feasible solutions to solve this problem,that is,to insist spirit of law,clear the institutional barriers,strengthen the responsibility consciousness of government and enterprises,enhance the quality training of new-generation migrant workers,promote their organizational level and attach importance to the role of non-governmental organizations.
