摘 要:利用新研制的金属陶瓷焊条,采用手工氩弧焊及随焊锤击加密化工艺,在钢表面堆焊出TiCNi金属陶瓷堆焊层。通过显微组织、X射线衍射分析表明,所得堆焊层组织致密、结合强度高。针对陶瓷复合钢管端口的损伤问题进行了多种陶瓷焊条组合堆焊修复应用试验,发现,最佳的堆焊层结构为TiCNi与Fe/Al2O3/TiC组合,最佳的堆焊工艺参数为电流80~120A,电压50~60V;金属陶瓷焊条配方中凡有TiCNi的,与陶瓷内衬管的内壁陶瓷焊接效果均较好,凡含有金属Ni的,与金属的焊接效果均较好。最后,提出了修复陶瓷复合钢管局部磨穿失效的方案。By employing latest developed corrosion-resistant metal-ceramic electrode and using trailing peening to achieve the densification of coating by TIG,the bead welding layer of TiCNi cermet on the surface of steel was obtained.The analysis of microstructure and XRD indicates that the bead welding is of good densification and has high combination strength.Regarding the defects occurring at the ends of the ceramic lining pipes,many repairing tests were carried out,in which different kinds of cermet electrodes were used.It is found that the best structure of bead welding is composed of TiCNi and Fe/Al2O3/TiC.The best process parameters of the bead welding follows: electric current 80~120 A,voltage 50~60 V.When the cermet electrode contains Fe/Al2O3,the good welding with the ceramic lining pipe can be got;and when the cermet electrode contains Ni,the good welding can be got.In the end,a method was raised to repair the partly destroyed ceramic lining pipes.
