摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查及现场观察等研究方法,对参加2009年"诗柔"杯浙江省少年儿童网球冠军赛的教练员、运动员进行了分析,揭示浙江省少年儿童网球运动员的培养现状,并与一些少年儿童网球运动发展较好的国家进行对比,指出浙江省少年儿童网球运动员培养与发展方面的不足,从而提出了一些相应的对策和建议.Through literature,surveys,on-site observations and other research methods,participants of coaches,athletes of ＂Poetry supple＂ Children′s Cup Tennis Championships 2009 in Zhejiang were analyzed.The cultivation of Zhejiang Province,tennis player status of children,comparisons of Youth tennis in some better developed countyies were pionted out.The lack of development in Zhejiang province children′s tennis was revealed and some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
