摘 要:用高温熔融法制备了Tm^(3+)和Ho^(3+)双掺的86GeO_2-4Nb_2O_5-10Na_2O锗铌酸盐玻璃,应用Judd-Ofelt理论,获得了Tm^(3+)的强度参量及Tm^(3+)的自发辐射跃迁几率、辐射寿命等光谱参量。根据McCumber理论,计算了玻璃中Tm^(3+)能级~3H_6→~3F_4跃迁和Ho^(3+)能级~5O_8→~5I_7跃迁和Ho^(3+)的吸收截面σ_a受激发射截面σ_a和增益光谱G(λ)。在808 nm激光二极管激发下,研究分析了Tm^(3+)敏化Ho^(3+)的2.0μm的红外发射光谱。结果表明:Ho^(3+)的共掺提高了Tm^(3+)(~3F_4)→Ho^(3+)(~5I_7)之间的能量转移效率,增强了2.0μm的红外发光。Germanate-niobate glasses with the compositions of 86GeO_2-4Nb_2O_5-10Na_2O codoped with Tm^(3+) and Ho^(3+) ions were fabricated by conventional melting method.According to the Judd-Ofelt theory,the J-O strength parameters of Tm^(3+) were calculated, by which the radiative transition probabilities and radiative lifetimes were estimated.According to McCumber theory,the absorption and emission cross-sections corresponding to the ~3H_6→~3F_4 transition of Tm^(3+) and the ~5I_8→~5I_7 transition of Ho^(3+) have been obtained and the gain cross section spectra were also obtained,too.With 808 nm laser diode excitation,the infrared emission spectra of Tm^(3+) sensitized Ho^(3+) ions were studied.The results indicated that the energy transfer efficiency of Tm^(3+)(~3F_4)→Ho^(3+)(~5I_7) ions was enhanced and the infrared fluorescence intensity at 2.0μm was increased as Ho^(3+) was co-doped into the glasses.
