摘 要:利用钛酸丁酯、γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷和甲基丙烯酸为先驱体制备了有机-无机溶胶-凝胶杂化材料,用旋涂法在单晶硅片或石英玻璃片上制备了光学薄膜。用Fourier变换红外光谱仪、Abbe折射仪和光谱仪等测试了所得有机-无机复合TiO_2-SiO_2光学薄膜的结构基团、折射率和发光光谱。通过改变其中的钛酸丁酯和甲基丙烯酸含量来调节材料的折射率。对一次旋转涂膜(转速1 200 r/min,持续时间20 s)制备的样品,测出其折射率为1.4~1.5;掺联吡啶钌Ru(bpy)_2^(2+)的杂化光学薄膜,在蓝色发光二极管(559nm)激发下发出明亮的橙红色光(604nm)。Ru(bpy)_2^(2+) doped TiO_2-SiO_2 hybrid materials were synthesized by sol-gel method,from the precursors of tetra-n-butyl titanate,3-(trimethoxysilyl) propylmethacrylate and methylacrylic acid.Hybrid optical films were deposited on single-crystal silicon wafers or silica glass slides by sol-gel spin-coating.Fourier transmission infrared spectroscopy was used to investigate the chemical groups in the hybrid films.The refractive index of the TiO_2-SiO_2 organic-inorganic hybrid films was measured with the Abbe refractometer. The refractive index of the hybrid films could be adjusted from 1.4 to 1.5 with different amounts of tetra-n-butyl titanate and metylacrylic acid.Luminescence spectra of the hybrid films were measured by spectrometer using green light emitting diode as pumping light source. Orange emission at 604nm was observed from Ru(bpy)_3^(2+) in sol-gel films when excited by green light emitting diode(559 nm).
