摘  要:目的观察尾部悬吊对大鼠肺内动脉口径、壁厚和壁厚/内径比值的影响,以及X方剂对这些变化的作用效果。方法采用-30°尾部悬吊建立模拟失重大鼠模型。健康雄性Wistar大鼠18只,随机分为对照(CON)组、7d尾部悬吊(TS7)组和尾部悬吊7d同时加用X方剂的中药汤剂(TS7+X-dose)组,每组6只,实验第7天时处死各组大鼠,观察大鼠肺动脉的病理改变。采用Q50IW型图像分析仪检测每张切片中所有肺内血管的口径(内、外径)和壁厚,计算壁厚/内径比。结果 7d尾部悬吊主要影响50μm以下肺动脉的内、外径,壁厚和壁厚/内径比值,此类血管是毛细血管前阻力血管,X方剂能较好缓解此类变化。结论 X方剂可能在缓解模拟失重导致的肺内动脉变化方面有较好的应用前景。Objective To observe the effects of tail-suspension (TS) on the inner diameter, external diameter, wall thickness and the ratio of wall thickness to inner diameter of rat's pulmonary artery, and to explore the antagonistic effects of X-prescriptioru Methods Rats exposed to simulated weightlessness by tail-suspension at -30 degree. Eighteen male Wistar rats were randomly assigned into 3 groups (6 each): control group (CON), TS7 group (TS7) and TS7 plus X-dose group ( TS7+X dose). The effects of tail-suspension on the inner diameter, external diameter and wall thickness of pulmonary arteries were observed by using the Leica image analysis system, and the ratio of walt thickness to inner diameter was calculated. Results Pulmonary arteries with diameter less than 50μm were the main targets influenced by the simulated weightlessness of tail-suspension for 7 days, showing a series changes in inner diameter, external diameter, wall thickness and the ratio of wall thickness to inner diameter, on which X prescription showed a great antagonistic effect. Conclusion X- prescription may have a better prospect on ameliorating the changes of pulmonary arteries induced by simulated weightlessness.
