成人双肾积水的原因与处理策略(附109例报告)

摘　　要：目的:总结成年人双肾积水的原因及处理方法。方法:回顾性分析近10年来收治109例成年双肾积水患者的临床资料。结果:影像学检查结合患者病史、体检资料,本组双肾积水均被明确诊断。治疗包括手术去除病因、留置双J管或肾、膀胱穿刺造瘘等解除梗阻方法,肾积水及其功能得到恢复及不同程度改善。结论:导致成年人双肾积水的原因很多,在青壮年患者以双侧上尿路机械性梗阻为主,而对男性老年患者下尿路梗阻多见。处理原则是尽量解除梗阻,保留肾脏及其功能。Objective：To summarize the etiology and therapy of the adult patients with bilateral hydronephrosis. Methods： 109 cases of the patients with bilateral hydronepbrosis were retrospectively analyses＆ Results： Each Of them received clear diagnosis using imageology combination with history and physical examination. Treatment consisted of surgical operation to remove their origi^n disease ,detaining double J tube, urine draining by renal or vesical puncturing stoma. Renal function and hydronepbrosis recovered or improved with different degree to every- one. Conclusions：There are many etiological factors for the adult patients with bilateral hydronephrosis. Mechanical obstruction of bilateral ureters is the main cause of young patients while low urinary obstruction is common for the elder. The treatment principle included eliminating obstruction and protecting renal function.
