巨输尿管症的临床诊治分析(附36例报告)

摘　　要：目的:探讨巨输尿管症的临床诊断依据与治疗方案的选择。方法:收集临床资料36例,对其均行B超和放射学检查,确诊后根据患者的个性差异分别采取相应的治疗方案。结果:36例患者中2例保守治疗,余均行相应手术治疗。对患者随访1～5年,定期行B超、IVU等辅助检查,患者病情不同程度的恢复和好转。结论:认为明确巨输尿管症患者的临床诊断对其治疗方案的选择有着重要意义,是患者预后良好的重要影响因素之一。Objective：To discuss the bases of clinical diagnoses and chosen of treatment project in megaureter. Methods：36 cases of clinical informations were collected,all of them have been checked by ultrasonography and radiology,corresponding treatment projects were adopted based on the personal differences after being.diagnosed. Results：Of the 36 cases, 2 cases with conservative treatment, others underwent corresponding surgeries. The patients were followed up from 1 year to 5 years, take ultrasonography, IVU and other assistant periodic check-up, the patients＇ physical state got well in different levels. Conclusions：To make sure the clinical diagnoses is impor tant to the chosen of treatment project in megaureter. And it＇s one of the influencing factors in the patients＇ prognosis.
