摘 要:用不同工艺参数的强流脉冲离子束技术对钛基压气机叶片进行表面轰击,对离子束诱发的表面形貌进行分析。结果表明,强流脉冲离子束辐照在钛合金表面形成尺寸约为几至几十微米的熔坑和网状裂纹的典型形貌。当单脉冲能量密度为1.44 J/cm2、5次脉冲辐照时,表面熔坑密度最大;熔坑是影响表面粗糙度的主要因素。随束流密度的提高,被辐照试样表面达到相对光滑所需的脉冲次数减少。Ti alloys were bombarded by intense pulsed ion beam(IPIB) with different process parameters.Surface morphologies of irradiated samples were investigated by SEM and Sloan Dektak IIA surface profiler.The results show that many craters with the size of about 10 μm-scale and microcracks were formed.The density of the crater on surface is highest by IPIB irradiation with energy density of 1.44 J/cm2 and 5 pulses.The craters are the main factors affecting the roughness of sample surface.With the increase of ion beam current density,the number of pulses required to make the irradiated surface smooth reduce.
