摘　　要：通过反复比较不同工艺,发现采用工艺补贴、冷铁及暗冒口,合理地制定冒口切割线尺寸及浇注温度等工艺措施,对高大薄壁铸铝件的生产是合理有效的。按此工艺生产铸件一次性全部合格。Through contrasting different processes,it was found that some process measures,such as using pad,chiller and blind riser,reasonably constituting the position of riser cutting line and the pouring temperature,were effective for the production of high and thin-wall castings of ZL101 alloy.The produced castings with the process are up to standard for once.
