摘  要:利用几何知识精确计算了轧辊的旋转轴空间坐标,解决了Deform-3D自动计算旋转轴在模拟中出现轧辊不稳的现象,并对应变的分布进行了分析。另外,还对斜轧过程中容易出现牙型尺寸不足的原因进行了分析。对坯料的应力数据进行分析,得到了关键部位的应力性质。对应变分析可知,坯料在轧辊凸棱间的应变远小于与凸棱接触点的应变是斜轧过程中容易出现牙型尺寸不足的主要原因。The space coordinates of rollers rotating axle were accurately computed based on geometric knowledge,and the unbalance of the self-computation rolling in the simulation was resolved.The reasons for the shortage of screw thread after skew rolling were discussed.The stress data of the objects were analysed and the stress characters of key parts were obtained.The main reason for the shortage is that the strain between convex edges is much less than the strain of the contacts of convex edges and objects.
