摘 要:运用Deform软件初步建立了某重卡前轴成形辊锻工艺的有限元分析模型,通过比较模拟仿真与最初辊锻工艺生产出的锻件,以第二道次为例,研究了辊锻摩擦因子、温度、辊锻速度三个工艺参数对辊锻件长度和最大成形载荷的影响。据此对初始的有限元模型进行了优化,根据优化后的仿真结果对辊锻模进行了重新设计,生产出锻件尺寸合格。The finite element model(FEM) for precision roll forging of heavy truck's front axle was established by Deform software.For the second pass,the effects of friction factor,temperature,speed of rolling on the length and forming loads of front axle rolling part were researched by comparing the rolling part produced by simulation with original precision roll forging process.And the original finite element model was optimized.The rolling dies were also redesigned according to the optimized simulation results.The size of rolling part is qualified,which is consistent with the simulation results.
