摘 要:目的观察冷冻与射频加热交替对仿组织体模的消融效果。方法制作与生物组织特性相似的可视化仿组织体模聚丙烯酰胺凝胶(PAG),采用二维超声观察体模的制备质量。将制备好的体模分为单独冷冻组、单独射频加热组和冷热交替组,每组3个体模。采用冷热交替肿瘤治疗仪对体模进行消融,比较3组体模内形成的消融区形态及大小。结果仿组织体模超声显像呈均匀的无回声区。冷热交替组体模的蛋白质变性,内部形成长约(3.8±0.6)cm,宽约(2.9±0.4)cm的长椭圆形乳白色消融区,大于单独冷冻组或单独射频加热组体模内形成的消融灶。结论仿组织体模可以作为模拟人体消融治疗的理想材料。冷热交替治疗可使蛋白质变性更彻底,其消融范围也更大。Objective To observe the effects of the alternative cooling and heating on tissue-mimicking phantoms.Methods Tissue-mimicking phantoms were developed for visualizing coagulation temperature distribution at the same range of biological tissue,the quality of phantoms were tested with two-dimensional ultrasound.The phantoms were divided into 3 groups,i.e.heating alone group,cooling alone group and alternative cooling and heating group.The shape and size of the ablation zones were compared among the groups.Results The phantoms were homogeneous echo-free on ultrasonogram.The alternative cooling and heating caused degeneration of phantom protein,forming oval white coagulation lesions,sized(3.8±0.6)cm(length),(2.9±0.4)cm(width),larger than cooling or heating alone group.Conclusion The physical properties of this kind of phantoms were favorable for ablation.The alternative cooling and heating therapy may cause more complete degeneration of protein and larger coagulation foci.
