摘　　要：近年来,小脑在精神分裂症中的作用越来越受到重视。本文主要综述结构磁共振对小脑在精神分裂症中所起作用的研究进展,包括小脑参与高级认知活动的途径、小脑自身的改变以及小脑的偏侧化发育等。Recently,the role of the cerebellum in schizophrenia has attracted more and more attention.Current status and progress of structural MRI of this aspect were reviewed in this article,including the cerebellum participating in advanced cognitive activities by cortical-cerebellar-thalamic-cortical circuit,self-change of the cerebellum and cerebellar hemispheric asymmetry.
