摘　　要：目的　为研究ＮＩＤＤＭ 家族史与儿童肥胖度、体脂分布及血压的关系。　方法　我们对１ ６０８ 名７～１３ 岁儿童进行ＮＩＤＤＭ 家族史（ 上、下三代） 调查及儿童形态指标、血压的测量。　结果　儿童ＮＩＤＤＭ 家族史阳性率１７ ．４１ ％ ；有ＮＩＤＤＭ 家族史儿童与无ＮＩＤＤＭ 家族史儿童相比，体块指数（ＢＭＩ） 更大、差异有显著性意义（ Ｐ＜０ ．０５） ；体重更重、更为肥胖；两组儿童体脂分布类型及血压差别无显著性。　结论　儿童肥胖与ＮＩＤＤＭ 相关密切。Objective To study the relationship between family history of NIDDM (non insulin dependent diabete mellitus) and total body fat, fat pattern and blood pressure in children. Methods 1 608 children aged 7～13 years were investigated and measured. Results 17.41% of children had family history of NIDDM. The children with family history of NIDDM had significantly higher BMI(Body Mass Index)than the children without family history of NIDDM. No differences between children with and without family history were found for fat pattern and blood pressure. Conclusion Close relationship were found between child obesity and NIDDM.
