椎体成形术对胸腰椎转移瘤疼痛的治疗

摘　　要：为了探讨经皮穿刺椎体成形术(PVP)治疗椎体转移瘤疼痛的效果,对48例椎体转移瘤患者的76个椎体施行了PVP,采用视觉模拟评分法对治疗前后患者疼痛状况进行评估。术后随访3～28个月(平均16个月),48例患者术后疼痛缓解有效率100%,优良率87.5%。初步研究结果提示,PVP对椎体转移性肿瘤疼痛具有良好的止痛效果。The objective of this study was to explore the efficacy of percutaneous vertebroplasty（PVP） in the treatment of pain of vertebral body metastatic tumors.Seventy-six vertebral bodies of 48 patients underwent PVP,the degree of pain was evaluated and classified by using visual pain scale and the prolo score.The time of follow-up was 3 to 28 months and the mean follow-up was 16 months.The effective rate was 100%,and the fineness rate was 87.5%.PVP provides satisfactory results in the trentmat of pain of vertebral body metastatic tumors.
