摘  要:目的探讨睾丸微石症(TM)的高频超声影像特征、评估TM对睾丸生精功能的影响。方法分析62例成年TM患者的声像图特征,测量其睾丸内动脉血流参数和睾丸体积;同时对其精液进行分析,并与正常人对照。结果超声主要表现为睾丸实质内稀疏,散在或聚集分布的强回声点,且多为双侧分布,直径约1~3mm,后方无声影,部分伴彗星尾征。睾丸内均可见星点状或条状血流信号,与正常睾丸内动脉血流参数无明显差异(P>0.05);但TM双侧睾丸体积均小于正常组(P<0.05);精液分析各指标也较正常组差(P<0.01)。结论 TM具有特征性的高频超声影像表现,并对睾丸的生精功能有显著影响。Objective To research high frequency ultrasonographic features and spermatogenesis function of testicular microlithiasis(TM). Methods Ultrasonographic features and stream parameters of the testicular artery and spermatogenesis function of 62 patients with TM(TM group)were analyzed and 62 healthy male(NC group)acted as controls. Results TIM's sonographic features showed rare or diffuse high-echo dots in the testicular parenchyma with a diameter of 1-3 mm, without shadow. There were spot and strip blood signals in the testicular parenchyma at CDFI check,and there was no significant difference in blood stream parameters of testicular artery between TM group and NC group(P〉0.05). However,Testicular volume, sperm concentration, motility and viability in TM group were significantly lower than those of NC group(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Conclusions TM has a high frequency ultrasonographic appearance with special characteristic and it might significantly influence testicular function.
