摘 要:针对传统车辆称重装置存在的不足,开发了一种车辆电容称重装置,其核心部件电容称重传感器,根据电容变化情况反映出车辆载荷大小。文章中从结构设计、称重原理对车辆电容称重(装置)传感器作了介绍,重点讨论了动态性能测试过程,并从理论上加以分析,测试分析得到了称重结果与振动及倾斜因素无关的结果。该装置不仅适用于静态测量,同时适用于动态测量。Aiming at the shortage of the present method of vehicle weighing,a kind of capacitive vehicles weighing device is developed,whose primary part is a capacitance weighing sensor,and the value of load can be measured according to the change of capacitance. In this paper,the capacitive vehicles weighing device is introduced in terms of structure design and principle of measurement. Moreover,this work focuses on the description of the dynamic testing process and the theoretical analysis of it. From the analysis results,it can be concluded that the weighing value will not be influenced by the vibration and lean of vehicles. It should be pointed out that the weighing device can be used in both of the dynamic and static measurements.
