民用住宅楼热能表设计

摘　　要：本文在介绍了国内供热行业的管理现状和出现的问题后,完成了民用住宅楼热能表的设计。该设计真正解决了供热行业长期按住宅面积收费,而不是按实际用热量收费的不合理现象。Introducing managing present situation of thermal industry and some question at home in the paper, I complete a design of thermal meter in residential building. The design solved thorough inconsequence phenomenon of thermal industry in long-term,that is charge according to residential area nor consuming thermal energy.
