摘 要:以分析纯Y2O3、Eu2O3和Al(NO3)3·9H2O为原料、尿素为沉淀剂,采用微波合成成功制备纳米Y3Al5O12:Eu3+(YAG:Eu3+)荧光体。通过X射线衍射,透射电子显微技术以及荧光光谱分析等材料表征手段,深入研究微波辐照对荧光体结晶度、形貌及荧光特性的影响。结果表明:采用微波合成制取的YAG:Eu3+荧光体具有较好的结晶度和均匀的粒度分布,其激发光谱和发射光谱均为尖锐的窄带发射,相应的最强峰波长分别为395nm和590nm,其荧光强度随微波辐照时间的增加而提高。Using Y2O3,Eu2O3 and Al(NO3)3·9H2O as raw materials and urea as precipitator,Y3Al5O12:Eu3+(YAG:Eu3+) phosphor powders were successfully synthesized under microwave irradiation.Effects of the microwave irradiation on crystallinity,morphology and luminescence properties of the phosphor powders were investigated by the X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy and photoluminescence.The particles of obtained YAG:Eu3+ phosphor powders have a good crystallinity and a uniform size distribution.A series of sharp peaks were observed in both excitation and emission bands.The dominant peaks are located at 395 nm and 590 nm respectively,and the emission intensity of the phosphor powders increases with increasing irradiation time.
