眉外侧皮肤类菱形切除矫正上睑松垂和鱼尾纹

摘　　要：目的 探究眉部切口矫正上睑松弛和鱼尾纹的方法 和疗效.方法 在眉外侧部顺应眉形精确设计内、上、外3点并以弧线连接,画出切口上线.再以两段弧线连接内、下、外3点,两段弧线分别与睑缘和上鱼尾纹平行,形成切口下线.切除类似菱形的全层皮肤,连带切口下缘眼轮匝肌筋膜相对缝合关闭创口.结果 本组患者60例,随访48例患者3～26个月,上睑松垂矫正效果显著,睑裂恢复正常形态,静态鱼尾纹完全消失,笑时也明显减轻;无感染和其他并发症;切口痕迹不明显,补充文饰后完全掩盖.结论 眉外侧皮肤类菱形切除能够较理想地矫正老化性跟睑松垂和鱼尾纹,疗效确切.Objective To explore the method and ef（ect of correction of senile blepharochalasis of upper eyelid and crow＇s feet with lateral brow rhombic excision. Methods Design of the incision began with making four points around the lateral portion of the brow. Arched lines were drawn connecting the four points and forming the incisions. Then, a rhombie skin removal was performed. Results Sixty patients were involved in this group and 48 cases were followed up ranged for 3 to 26 months. All patients recovered uneventfully, and most of them had an ideal correction of their senile blepharochalasis of upper eyelid and crow＇s feet, Conclusion This modified technique of lateral brow excision is effective for correction of senile hlepharoehalasis of upper eyelid and crow＇s feet.
