摘　　要：目的 探讨应用小切口双层剥离法实施额部除皱术的效果.方法 采用额部发际内或眉部小切口在额部进行皮下、骨膜下双层剥离,并提拉同定.结果 本组108例求美者,术后随访1～48个月,除2例出现暂时性局部色素沉着外,余均获得良好效果.结论 小切口双层剥离法额部除皱技术效果确切、安全,是去除额部皱纹的理想方法 .Objective To investigate the effect of the short scar rhytidectomy on forhead with doublelayer dissection. Methods Dissections on forehead were carried out on the subcutaneous layer and subperiosteum layer, respectively, to correct the wrinkles with small incisions located on the back of hairline or above eyebrow. Then facelift and fixation were performed. ResuLts Totally lOS patients were treated in this study. After 1 -48 months follow-up, all cases received satisfactory results except 2 cases with provisional pigmentation. Conclusion Short sear rhytidectomy with double-layer dissection is a safe and effective method for the correction of wrinkles on forehead.
