组织填充材料在单侧唇裂鼻畸形整复中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨应用组织填充材料修复单侧唇裂鼻畸形的方法 和效果.方法 游离塌陷的鼻翼软骨并悬吊固定至对称位置,复位移位的鼻翼外侧脚,以膨体聚四氟乙烯补片、L形硅胶假体、多孔高密度聚乙烯、自体软骨和脱细胞真皮填充于鼻背、鼻翼软骨上以及鼻底、梨状孔周围,以弥补软组织、软骨及上颌骨的不足.结果 本组30例患者,经随访6～18个月,有1例硅胶假体外露,2例填充膨体切口处愈合不良,余者均未出现排异、变形,术后外形较单纯悬吊复位手术修复有明显改善.结论 应用组织填充材料修复唇裂鼻畸形是安全、有效的方法 .Objective To evaluate the method and effect of using implants for the correction of unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity. Methods Based on the reposition of nasi ala lateral crus and the nasi ala cartilage suspension, ePTFE, L,-shaped silicone prosthesis, Medpor, eonchal cartilage and allogeneic dermal matrix （ADM） were transplanted into basis nasi, nasi ala, dorsum nasi and verge of anterior nasal aperture to elevate the depressed ala nasi base and augment the hypoplastic soft tissue and cartilage. Results After 6 - 18 months follow-up postoperatively in totally 30 patients, all cases received signifieantly improved resuhs than traditional repair without such complications as rejection or transformation, except 1 ease with silicone prosthesis exposed and 2 cases with delayed healing of the incision with ePTFE implant. Conclusion Optimal results could he received by using implant materials in the repair of cleft lip nasal deformity safely and effectively.
