乳房缩小整形术术式比较及乳头、乳晕坏死原因分析

摘　　要：目的 比较常用乳房缩小整形术术式,并分析导致乳头、乳晕坏死的主要影响因素.方法 回顾分析2005年7月至2010年8月施行的20例乳房缩小整形术,总结相关术式的优缺点和并发症处理经验.结果 本组20例患者,经随访3～18个月,3例发生不同程度的乳头、乳晕坏死,经治疗后2例达到满意效果,1例单侧乳头缺失,最终瘢痕愈合.其余患者效果满意.结论 选择合适的手术方法 ,并对乳头、乳晕坏死主要影响因素加以预防和重视,术后及时给予对症治疗,可获得满意效果.Objective To explore the main influence infectors of nipple-areola complex necrosis based on the analysis of the reduction mammaplasty techniques. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed in 20 patients with reduetion mammaplasty trealed in our department from September 2005 to August 2010. And the relative merits of operative leehniques and the management of complications were summarized. Results After 3 - 18 months in totally 20 eases, 3 eases got the complications of nipple-areola complex necrosis. Two eases gol sarisfactory resuhs after the postoperative repair, but one case goi one side nipple absence with healed sear. Condusion Satisfacory results could be reeeived if we choose the measurable clinical techniques, prexent the causes of complications of nipple-areola necrosis and perform the postoperative repair promptly.
