中医为主要措施治疗功能性消化不良复发率的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:Meta分析中医为主要治疗措施治疗功能性消化不良的复发率,评价中医对功能性消化不良的临床效果.方法:按照循证医学的要求,全面检索中国期刊全文数据库、中国期刊网专题全文数据库、中国维普全文数据库及PubMed数据库等,把符合纳入标准的15项研究进行Meta分析.采用Cochrane协作网提供的RevMan4.2专用软件进行合并统计分析.结果:疗程及疗效的评定时间14-60d不等,随访时间1-6mo,中医为主治疗功能性消化不良的复发率低于西药治疗组(11.77%±6.46%vs39.54%±15.63%).按Jadad评分标准,全部的15篇文献计分均1-2分,属于低质量研究,其敏感性分析意义不大.经Meta分析合并,表明15项研究具有同质性(χ2=19.50,df=14,P=0.15).固定效应模型的合并比值为OR=0.16,95%CI为[0.12,0.21],χ2=11.79(P<0.0001).结论:中医为主要措施治疗功能性消化不良的复发率较西药治疗组低.AIM：To evaluate the relapse rate of functional dyspepsia after Chinese medicine-based therapy by conducting a meta-analysis.METHODS：According to the requirements of evidence-based medicine,we searched China Academic Journals Full-text Database,Chinese Periodicals Topic of Full-text Database,Chinese VIP Full-text Database and PubMed database.A total of 15 studies meeting the criteria were subjected to a meta-analysis using the RevMan4.2 software developed by the Cochrane Collaboration.RESULTS：The duration of treatment and efficacy evaluation ranges between 14-60 d,and the duration of follow-up ranges between 1-60 mo.The relapse rate is lower in Chinese medicine-based therapy group than in the Western medicine-based therapy group（11.77% ± 6.46% vs 39.54% ± 15.63%）.According to the Jadad scale,all the trials receive a Jadad score of 1-2 and have a low level of evidence.A meta-analysis showed that the 15 studies possessed the characteristics of homogeneity（χ2 = 19.50,df = 14,P = 0.15）.For the f ixed-effect model,the odds ratio is 0.16 [95%CI：（0.12,0.21）,χ2 = 11.79,P 0.0001].CONCLUSION：Chinese medicine-based therapy is associated with a lower relapse rate than Western medicine-based therapy.
