环保醚酯型增塑剂RPL-1与几种增塑剂在NBR中的对比研究

摘  要:研究了环保醚酯型增塑剂RPL-1和几种常用增塑剂对丁腈橡胶(NBR)门尼黏度、硫化特性、力学性能、热空气老化性能、耐寒性及耐油性的影响。结果表明,与DOP相比,RPL-1的增塑效果和耐寒性更佳。添加RPL-1硫化胶的力学性能和耐寒性相应的DOA、DOS、TP95接近;RPL-1表现出优良的耐热稳定性,使硫化胶保持良好的耐热空气老化性能。RPL-1对硫化胶耐油性的影响程度与TP95接近,抽出量低于DOP、DOA。The effects of RPL-1 and other common plasticizers on the Mooney viscosity, curing characteristics, mechanical properties, hot air aging resistance, low temperature performance and oil resistance of NBR are investigated. Compared with DOP, RPL-1 shows better plasticization and low temperature resistance, the mechanical properties and low temperature resistance of vulcanizate containing RPL-1 are similar to that of DOA and DOS. It exhibits excellent heat stability and the vulcanizate maintains good hot air aging resistance. The oil resistance of vulcanizate containing RPL-1 is similar to that of TP95, the extraction is lower than DOP and DOA.
