摘　　要：目的：获得稳定的鼠伤寒沙门菌Ｌ型菌株，了解其超微结构。方法：用羧苄青霉素将５株鼠伤寒沙门菌诱导为Ｌ型，透射电镜观察其超微结构。结果：诱导出的鼠伤寒沙门菌Ｌ型呈典型的油煎蛋样菌落，菌体呈显著多形性，且难以回复。电镜下可见巨型体、球形体和丝状体多完全缺壁，少数有部分细胞壁残留。原生小体完全缺壁，部分呈空心状。有些巨型体内有大量原生小体产生。结论：获得的鼠伤寒沙门菌Ｌ型是细胞壁严重缺陷的稳定Ｌ型，是对其生物学特性和致病性进行深入研究的良好材料。Objective: In order to obtain the stable strains of Salmonella typhimurium Lforms,and to observe their ultrastructure. Methods: Five strains of Salmonella typhimurium were induced into Lforms using carbenicillin.The ultrastucture of the Lforms was examined through transmission electron microscope. Results: The Salmonella typhimurium Lforms induced under electron microscope exhibited evident pleomorphism and fried egglike colonies and were difficult to revert.Under electron microscope,most large bodies,spherical bodies and filamentary bodies lost cell wall completely,but few of them conserved part cell wall were observed.All elementary bodies lost cell wall completely,some of them were vacuous.In some large bodies many elementary bodies were produced. Conclusion: The acquired Salmonella typhimuriumLforms were severely cell walldeficient,and stable Lforms.They were good materials for the intensive research on their biological properties and pathogenicity.
