局部复方低温液灌洗治疗脊髓损伤的实验与临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探索低温对脊髓损伤的作用、药物配方、低温程度及时间。方法：用Ａｌｅｎ′ｓ法致伤家兔成截瘫模型，早期低温灌洗组与对照组在运动能力，局部光、电镜下病理变化上进行对比。结果：低温灌洗对损伤之脊髓有良好保护作用，临床应用结果与动物实验相符。结论：复方低温液对脊髓损伤有确切的保护作用，低温以２℃～４℃为宜，低温时间以２０ｍｉｎ为宜。Objective: To explore the effect of low temperature liquid,the medicians, the degree and time low temperature keeps. Methods: The paraplegia rabbits caused with Allens method were washed with early low temperature liquid and compared the motion capacity and local pathology under microscope with those in the control group. Results: Washing with low temperature liquid could protect spinal cord,and the experimental study was in accordance with clinical application. Conclusion: Washing for 20 minutes at 24 with low temperature liquid compound really can protect spinal cord injury.
