简论唯物史观视域内的党内民主建设

摘　　要：党内民主建设既是十七届四中全会的一个重要议题,也是党内外热议的焦点之一,具有重要的理论意义与实践意义。在唯物史观的视域内,我国特殊的历史进程和以往战略指导上的失误,致使封建专制主义流毒至今还严重侵蚀着党组织的机体和党员个人的思想观念,久而久之内化为人们心理深层认知、理解、把握、评价事物的思维方式。立足唯物史观,肃清封建专制流毒,培育党员个人的"独立人格",增强主体性意识,既真正贯彻落实已有的党内民主制度,又同时不断进行制度创新,坚决破除领袖人物凌驾于党组织与普通党员之上的观念,应是经过"文革"洗礼而痛定思痛之后每个共产党员和整个党组织的共同信念。The Communist Party＇s democratic construction has been one of the top subjects at the 4th Session of 17th CPC＇s Central committee and a hot topic inside and outside the Party, which indicates that the construction is of great theoretical and practical significance. Considering the question concerned from the materialistic conception of history, we can see that because of the various mistakes made in the history, the baneful influence of feudal autocracy has long eroded the ideology of the Party and its members, hence internalized in the minds of the people. So by standing from the materialistic conception of history, we ought to clear away the baneful influence of feudal autocracy, foster the Party members＇ independent personality, strengthen the sense of subjectivity, and effectively carry out the already--made democratic regulations and rules. At the same time, measures have to be made to innovate the institutions, break down the inequality among the Party members, and establish a common faith within the Party.
