摘  要:目的研究舰船磁场环境对作业人员健康的影响。方法对通磁作业的扫雷艇(按通常扫雷工况通磁6天,每天5小时)和不通磁的对照艇(不产生磁场环境)各26名艇员同时测试试验前后心电图、心功能、甲襞微循环、脑血流图、血液LDH和AchE及外周血淋巴细胞微核变化。结果磁作业组通磁6天的艇员心输出量增加(P<0.01),甲襞微循环管径扩张(P<0.01),脑血流图幅值升高(P<0.05);经休息6天,上述变化均恢复原状(P>0.05);其它指标未见明显变化(P>0.05)。结论舰船磁场环境中作业6天的人员可出现某些可逆性生理性变化,经休息6天即恢复原状,未见病理性变化。Objective To study the effect of working in magnetic field on the health of warship personnel. Methods 26 sailors of the test group(whole bodily exposed in magnetic field for 5 h/d6)and another 26 sailors of the control group(not exposed in magnetic field)were all examined the electrocardiograph,heart function,nail fold microcirculation,rheoencephalograph,blood LDH and AchE,and peripheral lymphocyte micronucleus before and after the tests at the same time. Results After 6 d magnetic field exposure,the CO in test group increased obviously(P<001),also the diameters of nail fold microcirculation expanded(P<001)and the amplitude of rheoencephalograph increased(P<005).And after 6 d rest,all these changes recovered(P>005).There were no changes of other test indexes(P>005).WTHZConclusions Some reversible physiological changes could occur in the test group personnel after 6 d exposure in the magnetic field,and they would recover after 6 days rest.
