摘　　要：西方政治合法性思想因具有强烈精英主义色彩而必然陷入困境。毛泽东革命合法性思想强调平民的人民史观,成功解决了革命条件下的合法性建设问题。邓小平创造性的提出共产党执政合法性思想,较好的平衡了平民与精英的关系,建立了党、政、民三者的良性联动机制,并通过经济、法制、意识形态三个方面合法性基础的巩固,开创了一条新的道路。The thought about political legitimacy in the West,due to its strong color of elitism,is doomed to get into trouble.Mao Zedong＇s thought about revolutionary legitimacy,which lays stress on civilians,successfully solved the problem involved in the building of legitimacy under the revolutionary condition,Deng Xiaoping,on the other hand,created the thought about the legitimacy of the ruling of the communist parties which well balanced the relation between civilians and elites,set up a positive interactive mechanism for the Party,the government and the people,and opened up a new road based on the solidification of the legitimacy of economy,laws and ideology.
