摘　　要：新生代农民工的择业行为与其就业质量息息相关,并进一步影响其对城市的认同与融入程度以及市民化的进程。而引导新生代农民工理性择业必须从以下四个方面入手:一是要引导其形成正确的择业观念;二是要切实提升其人力资本的含量;三是要重构与拓展其社会资本的质量;四是要优化其就业的政策环境和市场环境。从而引导其从目前的"生存型择业"转化为"发展型择业",切实提升其就业质量。The new generation farmer workers＇ behaviors of selecting jobs are closely related to their employment quality,which in turn influences their identity and integration of the city and their process of being citizens.In order to guide their rational selecting jobs,the following four aspects should be taken into consideration.First,they should be guided to form correct concepts of selecting jobs.Second,their qualification should be improved in earnest.Third,their social living quality should be reconstructed and expanded.Fourth,the policy and market environment of their employment should be optimized.As a result, the transformation from current survival employment to development employment can be realized.
