摘　　要：新农村建设是我党提出农村建设的重大历史课题,是我国生产力再上新台阶,解决三农问题的重大举措,具有重要的理论和现实意义。建设有中国特色的社会主义新农村应注重农业机械化工作进展,科技兴农,发展乡村旅游经济,促进农村劳动力就业和增加收入。加强农业基础设施建设,为新农村建设铺平道路,注意合理利用和保护农业资源。The construction of new countryside construction in rural areas of our party made a major historical issue is our productivity to a new level, a major initiative to solve rural issues, has important theoretical and practical significance.Building a new socialist countryside with Chinese characteristics should focus on the progress of agricultural mechanization, technological agriculture,rural tourism development for rural labor employment and increase revenue.Strengthen the agricultural infrastructure, paving the way for the new rural construction, attention to rational use and protection of agricultural resources.
