摘　　要：我国的高新技术产业尚属起步阶段,这固然包含宏观经济环境及体制方面的因素,但未能充分有效地开发人才资源则是更深层次的原因。为了适应知识经济时代的需求,应当采取切实可行的措施,大力培养我国高新技术产业的科技人才,不仅从职业教育、高等教育等阶段加强对他们的培养,还要加强他们的终身教育。China＇s high-tech industry has just begun, and this is including the macroeconomic environment and institutional factors ,but not the full and effective development of human resources is a deeper reason.In order to meet the needs of knowledge economy, should take practical measures to vigorously develop the talents of high-tech industry, not only from the vocational education and higher education stage to strengthen their culture, bus also to enhance their life-long education.
