摘　　要：REY分子筛是高活性、高选择性和抗毒性催化裂化催化剂的活性组分。采用NaY型分子筛进行两次稀土交换和两次焙烧,获得一种Y型改性分子筛。通过对REY分子筛生产实际操作中交换后混浆含量标准等进行技术改进,使REY分子筛的馏出口合格率得到了很大的提高。REY zeolite is a high activity, high selectivity and resistance to toxicity of the active component of FCC catalyst. NaY zeolite with rare earth exchanged twice and two calcination, to obtain a modified Y-zeolite.REY zeolite production through the exchange of practical operation, after mixing content standards for technological improvements, so that the distillate REY zeolite pass rate has been greatly improved.
