摘　　要："早期收获计划"和《中泰水果蔬菜零关税》的实施,零关税给广西农产品的出口带来机遇的同时也使广西农业面临巨大的挑战。由于广西与位于中南半岛的东盟成员国农业生产和农产品贸易结构类同,以及广西部分农产品被"早期收获计划"列为"例外清单",从而使广西农业生产和农产品贸易面临严重冲击。如何加强政府的宏观调控作用和如何从微观上提升农产品的出口竞争力已经成为广西面临的一个重要课题。Based on the ＂Early Harvest Program＂,the impact of agricultural development in Guangxi,the problems facing agricultural exports to explore the development of agricultural trade between Guangxi and ASEAN＇s response, studies have shown that the promotion of agricultural trade between Guangxi and ASEAN to further develop the key is to strengthen the government＇s macro-control enhance the role and from the micro export competitiveness of agricultural products.
