摘　　要：在我国建设社会主义新农村,全面建设小康社会的新历史时期,居民消费进入一个新消费时代,它对农村教育消费和农村教育公共供给提出了新的要求。但前中国的农村教育面临供给不足和供给不良的双重困境、总量短缺和结构性矛盾的双重困境。教育成本分担是这把双刃剑,必须正确看待,以促进农村教育消费的发展。The construction of new socialist countryside in China,building a well socity in the new historical period,the consumer has entered a new era of consumption, its consumption and rural education, rural educational supply made public new requirements.But before facing China＇s rural education and insufficient supply and the dilemma of poor supply, the total shortage and structural contradictions of the double difficulty.Education Cost Sharing is that this double-edged sword, must be a correct view, in order to promote the development of rural education spending.
