摘 要:河南新乡市是我国粮食主产区,也是水资源严重紧缺的地区之一。近年来,新乡市地表水与地下水的可开采空间越来越小,开发利用非常规水资源,已成为当务之急。对研究区1951-2004年54年的气象资料,1995-2008年的水资源及社会经济状况进行分析,结合"新乡市推进节水型社会建设实施意见"的总体目标,对研究区未来10年的总用水量及再生水资源量进行预测,通过水量平衡计算,研究其再生水灌溉潜力。结果表明,2015年研究区的再生水可利用量为4.6亿m3左右,充分利用可以达到用水供需平衡,利用再生水灌溉是解决水资源量不足的有效途径。Henan Xinxiang City is one of the main yield areas of grain in China,with severe shortage of water resources.The availability of surface water and groundwater of Xinxiang City decreases in recent years.Development and utilization of unconventional water resources is becoming a top priority.54 years of meteorological data from 1951 to 2004,and water resources and socio-economic conditions from 1995 to 2008 of the study area were analyzed,combined with the overall objective of the views to promote water-saving society of Xinxiang City.The total consumed water quantity and renewable water resources of the study area in the next 10 years were forecasted,from the water balance calculations,and the potential for reclaimed water irrigation was studied.The results show that the utilization of reclaimed water of the study area is about 460 million steres in 2015.It can be achieved water supply and demand balance by full using of recycled water for irrigation.Using recycled water for irrigation is an effective way to solve the shortage of water resources.
